HOW TO ORDER

We accept cash, check, money order, Visa, and MasterCard

STOCK DESIGNS can be ordered in singles -- or discounted as a package.

See our featured "collections" for design details and package prices.
You can also order single designs, or "MIX 'n MATCH" to create your own package.
Prices for INDIVIDUAL (SINGLE) DESIGNS are as follows: Select any stock design for $25, or any two for $45, and any additional stock designs added to the same order are only $15 each.

JUST FOLLOW THESE 5 EASY STEPS:

Select your designs (entire packages by name and/or single designs by file name)
Decide which machine format you'd like us to send, and the shipping method (or Email) you prefer
Contact us by phone, fax, or e-mail: Give us your order, and we will confirm it by fax or e-mail, along with the total amount due (sales tax may apply: have your resale # ready)
Pay for your order by sending us your check or money order, or give us your Visa or MasterCard number to charge it. You may also pay in cash by visiting our San Carlos office
"Step Five" is our job: We will ship your designs in 3 working days or less** (in most cases) -- If you're in a hurry, we'll "rush" them whenever possible, at no extra charge

Designs are available in various formats for commercial embroiderers:

On 3.5" Floppy Disk (specify Double Density or High Density)
Via E-mail (faster -- and a way to avoid shipping charges)
On paper tape (for a surcharge; formats are limited)

Instruction sheets will accompany each order, with pertinent information such as color sequence, suggested thread colors (when appropriate), dimensions, and a color image of the design. These designs are made to be scaleable up or down: The size range will depend on your software capabilities.

If shipping of floppy disk or tape is requested, please specify method. The following charges for shipping and handling will be added to each order (within the 48 contiguous United States**):
